use our Shopify application.

When you install and use RMS Size Helper, we collect the following information:
From Store Owners:
- Shop Information: Your Shopify store domain and basic store details required for app functionality
- Product Data: Product IDs, titles, and handles for products you assign to size templates
- Size Templates: Custom size charts and measurement data you create within the app
From Store Customers:
- Measurement Data: Body measurements entered voluntarily by customers when using the "Find My Size" feature
- Size Preferences: Fit preferences and body shape selections made during size recommendations
- Usage Analytics: Aggregated data on size guide views and recommendations made (no personal identifiers)
How We Use Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide personalized size recommendations to your customers
- Display size charts on your product pages
- Generate analytics and insights about size guide usage
- Improve and maintain the App's functionality
- Provide customer support
Data Storage and Security
All data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We implement industry-standard
security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction
of your data.
- Data is transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption
- Database access is restricted and monitored
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your App subscription is active. Analytics data
(size guide opens and recommendations) is automatically deleted after 30 days.
When you uninstall the App, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Customer Data
Customer measurement data entered in the "Find My Size" questionnaire is used solely
to provide size recommendations. This data is:
- Not linked to customer accounts or personal identifiers
- Not used for marketing or advertising purposes
- Not shared with any third parties
- Automatically deleted after 30 days
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about your store
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data at any time
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format
Third-Party Services
RMS Size Helper integrates with Shopify and uses Shopify's APIs. Your use of Shopify
is governed by Shopify's Privacy Policy.
